Many Christmas presents come with an old fashioned idea of giving green stamps to the recipients. I remember as a child getting a large package in the mail containing a ton of stamps. In the middle of the envelope, underneath the stamps, were always those cute little green stamps. Now for many this is a funny saying, but I’m not sure if it’s meant to be taken literally or jokingly.

Some people may look at the cute little stamps as a challenge or joke. They would think that some people would make fun of them, but it really doesn’t seem to be intended in any way. On the other hand, some people see it as a sign of their generosity and good luck. If you’re one of the latter, then perhaps you might wish you had received a different kind of Christmas presents, instead of the green ones.

I was recently shopping at my local green stamp store. I decided to stop by and check out the stamps that they had in stock. To my surprise, there were a lot of very expensive looking stamps. To my surprise, a few were even worth more than a dollar each. So naturally, I made a mental note not to make the same mistake again.

I decided to purchase a few tumblers with funny sayings on them. Since I already had some funny stickers printed up for Christmas, I felt that it wouldn’t hurt to add a few of those humorous sayings to the envelopes as well. I was quite excited when my order arrived in the mail.

After completing my order, I was surprised that my package was delivered to my house the next day. I hadn’t been counting the days since I purchased my double stamp set when I actually brought it home. It really was a big surprise, and one that I will truly cherish throughout the years. It is a great feeling knowing that you have done something nice for your neighbours by purchasing their groceries in bulk and giving them a gift card to their favourite grocery stores.

I know that I didn’t put too much thought into this, but maybe someday in the future I will start to get into the Christmas spirit and purchase gifts from more of the grocery stores that I normally shop in. I have many different kinds of stamps that I could purchase. They include watermarks, candy canes, and just the normal Christmas stamps that you would get from many stamp stores in a year. I am going to have to set a limit on how many green stamps I get a year though, because if I keep getting them from different grocery stores, then I am going to start to build up quite a collection.

When I did purchase my first double stamp set when I was still in high school, I actually tried to fight the urge to lick them, thinking that it was silly and immature. It took me a few years before I was finally able to resist that urge and lick them. I still hold onto that dream to this day, as it has always made me happy. It is nice to think about what I would have been doing if I had started early with my green stamps. If I had gotten them as a child, then maybe I might be writing songs instead of talking about them in my adulthood. The amount of memories that are tied to these little treasures is priceless.

So in conclusion, if you are a fan of collecting stamps, then you should definitely have yourself a supply of green stamps. If you haven’t had a supply of them before, then you should definitely get some right away. You will find that there are some people who are crazy for them and there are also some people who would get them just for the sake of having them. The latter type of person should be locked up in prison, because they take advantage of other people for their materialistic needs.
