Shipping and Returns

You can send a delivery to someone else; when you get to the checkout page ‘Delivery Details’ simply fill out the address you would like your order sent to as well as your own billing address (and there is a place for you to leave a message if your order is a gift).  Unfortunately, we cannot currently deliver to more than one address per order.   

You can send products to several different addresses, but they each need to be completed as separate orders with the separate destination addresses specified.  When you have completed the first order (including payment), simply click on the ‘Continue Shopping’ button to make up the order for the second address. When you come to process the second order the computer will have remembered your contact details (but NOT your credit-card number) so that you do not have to waste time filling these in again.  A separate delivery charge will be made for each delivery address.   

If you register an account (online), you will have the option to store more than one delivery address.  When it comes time to checkout your order, you will be able to choose from these pre-defined delivery address entries.  

Poster and Art Print Packaging

We use reinforced cardboard tubes for rolled (unframed) posters and fine art prints on satin, gloss, fine art papers and canvasses.  Frames are packed in thick bubble wrap, boarded on the front to protect against damage to glass/Perspex and placed into a twin – double thickness – walled corrugated box.   

We only use clear glass or Perspex.  We have a maximum glass size that we feel can be shipped safely without breakage and above a certain size our technology automatically clicks in to allow Perspex to be selected.  Glass is used for print sizes up to A2 and then Perspex for the larger sizes.  

Delivery Methods

For delivery to United Kingdom addresses, we normally use Royal Mail First Class Post for small packages and Parcelforce for rolled prints.  For box canvas and framed prints for delivery to United Kingdom addresses, we use overnight couriers.   

All overseas orders – rolled prints, box canvas prints and framed prints – are normally despatched via Parcelforce through Fed Ex or UPS.  

Waiting Times

Orders are normally despatched within THREE working days from receipt of order.  Please allow longer for box canvas prints and framed prints, which because of the additional work involved can take between 10-15 working days to despatch.  Please allow extra time at busier times of the year, especially in the period up to Christmas.   

Overseas delivery times will vary greatly.  European deliveries are normally within a working week, and all other territories within two working weeks.  All packages are sent via airmail, although we can arrange for Express delivery, please contact us for the prices.

Guarantee and Returns

We have a 30-day money back guarantee – if you are not 100% satisfied with your print, we will either give you a refund, or re-print your order.  

We will always do our best to provide you with the best fine art prints-on-demand on the internet.  We hope you will be truly satisfied with everything you order from us. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order we will refund the value of the goods supplied provided that they, together with the original invoice, are returned to Printree at CreateOnline Ltd in perfect condition (carefully repacked in the original packaging), within 30 days of Delivery for replacement or a full refund.  Please send returned goods if you can by Recorded Delivery.

We will repay to you the full value of the fine art prints within 30 days from receipt of the returned goods without any further charge to you except the direct cost of returning the goods.  We offer this service in good faith as we do print on-demand your order. We therefore ask that you only return goods after careful thought and with genuine necessity only. This is not intended to enable people to view a selection of our fine art prints before returning some.  We are not able to offer different prints in exchange for the ones you return, as we print on-demand, it simply makes life too complicated. If you want to order something else, please just order afresh from the website.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive the fine art prints you ordered, or if the prints arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace them immediately.  Any claim by you in respect of any shortages and/or defects in the prints must be notified to us by you within 30 days of the delivery date (please use the contact details on your invoice), stating the nature of the shortage/defect and quoting the invoice number; if you fail to so notify us we regret you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.  In certain cases, we may ask you to help us by returning the damaged goods at our expense.

Shipping Costs


2.  European and Rest of World Deliveries: A postage and packing charge will be added to your order at the checkout and this will depend on the country address to which you have chosen to send your order.  In general, shipping costs are determined by: 

The volumetric size of the packaging for your order

The weight of your order

The destination country of the shipment.
