Some people like a funny t-shirt that is a little bit more cheeky than the average. many people understand that there is a colloquial term for underpants in the United Kingdom and Ireland that is ‘kacks’.
It’s the kind of word your mother doesn’t like to hear and you certainly shouldn’t use in a business meeting. it’s also a word they can raise a Smile from a group of people especially because of the comedy k sounds in the word.
And if you’ve ever visited a zoo you may have come across the rare type of monkey called a macaque. They are a very cute and lovable type of monkey, very much the opposite of underpants So if you want to get a little laugh and get away with using a slightly rude word in code on your T-shirt then this is the shirt for you.
Macaques are great for study. If you ask me, I think the reason why macaques are good for study is because they live in a small place and therefore, can be observed very closely. This is much better than observing some kind of weird creature that lives in the rain forest, or some other kind of forest that can’t be observed very closely and has to be recorded with photos. The monkeys are relatively static as well, so you can easily study them over time and see how they change in colour, size, and appearance.
This is why I think the reason why the monkeys are good for study is they are great to watch. Macaques have been featured in the National Geographic magazine a lot lately, mostly because of their growing population in the south of the country, which is starting to raise eyebrows as to how they are doing so well without help from humans (they have to eat leaves in the rainforest). A great feature that came out in the magazine was their ability to move around on the branches of trees (not something that can be done by most wild animals). They do appear to be doing something that November monkeys do, though, which is eating the leaves of the trees they’re living in!
There’s a lot more I could say about this topic, but I’ll leave it to others to write about. As far as my own personal take is, the fact that Japanese macaques living in the park seems to be a unique and fascinating phenomenon, I personally feel that it makes the visit of the Monkey Park even more special. The fact that it’s a private reserve makes it all the more special. So if you happen to be in Tokyo and you want to take in some interesting sights and sounds, you should definitely make it a point to visit Monkey Park, as it offers not only great monkeys to look at, but also allows you to have a taste of what it’s like to live in Japan.
